This charming 70 m² house in Brandivy can accommodate 4 people.
It has a lovely 33 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy the warm weather.
Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 33 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine, etc. - Shower room with walk-in shower. - Separate WC. First floor: - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: two single beds. Outside: - A large wooden terrace of approx. 24 m², facing south and west with screen walls on two sides, not overlooked. Outdoor furniture, table and chairs, available. The house is ideally located in Brandivy, in a very pleasant setting in the middle of the countryside, ideal for relaxing amongst the trees, in the grounds of the former Cistercian abbey founded in 1138. All the essential shops are nearby. What to do : - Sights: Vannes (the ancient medieval city at the gateway to the Gulf of Morbihan), the Quiberon peninsula, the old town of Auray and the popular port of Saint-Goustan, the forests of Lanvaux, Fleuranges and Camors, the thousand-year-old town of Josselin... - Sports activities: walking, cycling and horse-riding, accrobranche (tree climbing) in the forest of Camors - Cultural visits: megalithic sites (Carnac and its alignments), cruises on the Gulf of Morbihan (an inland sea dotted with islands and famous for its oysters), the Château de Suscinio... - Gastronomic heritage: oysters, salted butter caramel, Quiberon niniches... Parking : There is a communal outdoor car park at the entrance to the estate. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Auray station, about 20 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport, around 40 minutes away by car. - Bus services to Auray and Vannes stations. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Plancha and steam cooker available on request. - The sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space if required. - Washing machine available in the shared laundry located in the manor house and not in the gîte. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Gîte de la Porte des Moines Excellent séjour au gîte de l'abbaye de Lanvaux. Nous sommes venus avec deux enfants dont un bébé. Le gîte disposait de tout ce qu'il fallait. Le domaine est magnifique et très reposant. Merci beaucoup à Denis pour son accueil.
