Our comfortable flat is located in the Campidoglio area, a characteristic glimpse in the heart of Turin with a flavor of other times.
The accommodation is perfect for 3 guests and is equipped with every comfort: unlimited WiFi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV. Located a few minutes walk from the Bernini Metro stop, it is immersed in a quiet and relaxing environment; nearby to the Museum of Urban Art. Ideal starting point for exploring Turin!
The space
Apartment of about 60 square meters is located on the mezzanine floor of a building without a lift (not suitable for the disabled). We also underline the presence of stairs at the entrance.
The accommodation consists of: LIVING AREA: with the dining area KITCHEN CORNER: with fridge, freezer, gas hob, traditional and microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, moka coffee maker and kitchen utensils BEDROOM: with a queen bed, a single bed and wardrobe BATHROOM: equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, washing machine, central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack at their disposal Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00 In this property check-in is done in self mode.
Further information will be provided at the time of booking. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.
