This pretty and spacious holiday home in Kaltenbach in the Zillertal awaits its guests in a beautiful, quiet location, surrounded by meadows and with a wonderful view. Just a few minutes walk from the Hochzillertal ski area, the apartment is ideal for groups of families and friends.
The Zillertal not only offers many opportunities for sports and relaxation in winter, this region also offers numerous activities in summer, from hiking and biking to attractions such as the Spieljoch adventure mountain or the Kaltenbach adventure park. The house with the apartment is only 200 m away from the town center, the nearest ski bus stop is just 20 m away.

Would book again without hesitation. The open kitchen and living area felt more spacious than expected and being only minutes from the ski lift was very convenient. Parking for three cars right outside added to the ease of our stay.
