The house was extensively renovated in 2008 and features three comfortable bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a crib; the second bedroom has a double bed, and the third has two single beds. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, and underfloor heating for added comfort. Modern amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, stove, and an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a convenient and eco-friendly stay. The property offers ample parking, including a carport, and sits on a nearly 1,000 m² plot, providing plenty of space for children to play and for enjoying sunny days or cozy barbecue evenings. Surrounded by nature, this home offers both tranquility and easy access to outdoor activities. Please note, the holiday home is not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Sehr schönes Haus für Familien mit Hund oder auch ohne Hund. Man fühlt sich heimisch
Empfehlungen:
Der badesee ist sehr schön und die Gaststätte direkt am See mit spielplatz( reservieren eines Tisches muss man). Die Strände sind auch schön ca 1- 2 km entfernt. Aber ist im allgemeinen sehr erholsam

Huset har en fantastisk beliggenhed ved Kvie Sø. Faciliteterne er fantastiske, og hele huset er hyggeligt indrettet. Der er masser af plads, og den store indhegnede have samt den hyggelige terrasse er perfekt til en ferie med hund!

Würde jedem Durchreisenden empfehlen hier Halt zu machen. Das Haus bietet gute Parkmöglichkeiten, eine angenehme Kücheneinrichtung sowie leichten Zugang zu Wanderwegen rund um Kvie Sø. Auch draußen gibt es viel Platz für Kinder, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht.
