Elegant and cozy 185 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people located on the first floor of a building with a lift (you still have to climb some stairs). The property is located in the Cit Turin district, a 10-minute walk from Porta Susa station, a 5-minute walk from the metro station (Bernini) and various public transport lines. The apartment has a living room, kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one service), garage, and 3 balconies.
The 185 m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (you still have to climb some stairs).
The internal space is composed as follows
-BEDROOM I with double bed, baby bed, split A/C, wardrobe, bookcase, access to the balcony;
-BEDROOM II with pull-out double bed, chest of drawers, split A/C;
-BEDROOM III with single bed, wardrobe, access to the balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed for one and a half, two armchairs, TV, table football;
- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, table with chairs, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven and microwave oven, toaster, manual juicer, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM with shower cubicle, bidet and toilet;

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Torino Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th.

Cit Turin is a historic district, the only one with the name in the Piedmontese language. It has always been considered a prestigious residential area, due to the presence of luxurious period buildings, numerous buildings in Art Nouveau, Déco and Neo-Gothic style, one of the most famous markets of the city (Piazza Benefica), of commercial streets and finally the modern Palace of Justice located in front of the recent skyscraper of Intesa San Paolo. The proximity to the city center, combined with the tranquility of its streets, the presence of numerous lines of public transport and the underground line, have made this district one of the most popular in the city.
The neighborhood is full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. Very close the market of Corso Svizzera and that of Piazza Barcellona. Very convenient for public transport. (Bus lines 13 and 71 in 5 minutes lead directly to the Porta Susa railway station). The nearest Metro stations (Principi d'Acaja and Bernini) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
- From Porta Susa Station it is possible to reach the accommodation in 10 minutes on foot.
- From Porta Nuova Station it is possible to reach the accommodation with line 9 to get off at the "Adriano" stop, 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
- From Caselle Airport: you can take the shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes from the airport and reaches Porta Nuova Station or take a taxi.
- The apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It is possible to park on site, a garage for one place is available.
The city tax has to be paid upon check-in: €2.30 per person per night of stay.
