Cozy apartment for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
The apartment has 1 bedroom with either a double bed or 2 single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room with a sleeping surface of 1.2m. The apartment is equipped with a functional kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic hob, and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.
If you plan to use the apartment for business purposes, a desk with an additional monitor for connecting a laptop is available. The price includes the use of Wi-Fi for internet services.
If you wish to bring a pet, this must be arranged individually, as we also have a dog and a cat. The apartment is located approximately 1000m from the Elbe Cycle Route and the Elbe River in the Neue-Neustadt district. The nearest train station is also about 1000m away, and the nearest shopping facilities are about 500m away. The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential and commercial building.
On the ground floor and in the basement, there is a specialty shop for saltwater and pond fish, which we operate ourselves.
Here, you will naturally have the opportunity to view the relaxed underwater world of the oceans on-site during our opening hours and ask questions about the animals, provided our time allows.
You can get a first impression of these animals online at Meerwasserhof-Magdeburg.
On the premises, which you can also use by arrangement, there is a large pond and sales tanks for koi and other pond fish.
A lovely small terrace and a grill invite you to pleasant evenings under the open sky in the summer.
The beds in the bedroom can easily be placed together or apart, making this apartment very interesting for business rentals as well.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
However, there is a small smoking area by the window in a large anteroom that can be used. Along with us, the two owners (Sebastian and Kay), a dog named Diego also lives in the house.
Although he is large, he is a real cuddle monster and a favorite among many of our customers, young and old. If you have a problem with dogs, a solution can be found.
Due to the hair in the building, renting by an allergy sufferer is not advisable. If you have heard of a Behmer mat and would like to use it, this is possible for a small extra charge, as we have one. If you still have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can answer them. A desk is available
