Collective parking. Swimming pool (open from 15/06 to 15/09) and games room in condominium.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
END OF STAY CLEANING AND LINENS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (Optional cleaning: 90 € / Optional linen: see rates with the agency).
A contribution to the expenses of 25 €/week or short stay will be requested between MID-OCTOBER and MID-JUNE included.
A cleaning deposit of 90 € will be requested upon arrival by bank imprint or check.
