The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus.
It is located on the second floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach.
The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people.
There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking.
Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend.
It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost.
At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

La decoración y la cercanía de la playa
La cocina grasienta y yo no he cocinado las sartenes muy viejas o mal fregadas , comíamos fuera el vecindario subían malos olores

The apartment is light and clean and extremely comfortable. Top marks for the fully-equipped kitchen, fit for longer stays. Responses to any queries were always quick and efficient, be it about local restaurants or the closest bank. A place I hope to be able to return to many times, as a refuge from busy Barcelona.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y la atencion perfecta, mos dieron consejos de ditios para ir a comer y la verdad es que a los que fuimos mo se equivoco comimos muy bien y la relacion calidad-precio muy aceptable. La ubicacion es fantastica pues tiene acceso directo a la playa des del apartamento y esta muy cerca del pueblo para poder ir andando
