The flat is located in a large country cottage renovated by the owners of the agriturismo 'Il Tramonto', in the hills below the medieval village of Scarlino. Panoramic position with a splendid view over the valley, the sea and as far as the island of Elba.


The farmhouse is harmoniously situated in the nature of the Maremma, surrounded by a large and well-kept garden and offers its guests two swimming pools (for adults and children) and plenty of outdoor space to spend a holiday in the open air.


The flat overlooks the garden and the swimming pool and has a furnished terrace for eating outside and enjoying the splendid view. The interior consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a small living/dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a nice bathroom with shower. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi and has its own sun umbrella with sun loungers by the pool.
