Spacious and bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings: open living/sleeping room with panoramic window with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace.
Open kitchen (mini-oven, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace.
Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning, forced-air heating.
Heating available only from 01.11. to 31.03. Terrace 18 m2. Terrace furniture.

Die Aussicht aus der Terrasse war wundeschön.
Zur Unterkunft gibt es auch einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung liegt im geschlossenen Gebiet und Sie bekommen Fernbedienung zum Tor. Nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder- viele Treppen, steil und weit zu Fuss zum Strand. Mit dem Auto kann man zum Strand, der unter der Untetkunft liegt, nicht kommen, nur zu Fuss.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr weit - nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, Vehrkehr ist schreklich - enge Strassen und überall viele Autos und Stau, die Stadt ist nicht besonders schön und liegt weit. Sie treffen kein Personal, niemand gibt Ihnen Ratschläge oder Infofmationen.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno in questo appartamento, tutto molto bene, ma l'eccellenza è stato questa terrazza vista Costa Azzurra che da sola merita tutta la vacanza.
Inoltre il parcheggio privato in Liguria è un vero lusso.
Per finire siamo a ridosso del paese di Ventimiglia Alto, che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata, ma siamo nella piu' assoluta tranquillità

Die Lage mit der Sicht ist genial!
Leider ist ein paar Mal die Sicherung rausgesprungen, wenn man mehrere Elektrogeräte gleichzeitig an hatte, z.b. Herd und Fernseher.
Die Klobrille fehlte (Halterung war da, vermutlich war sie kaputt), die Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben sich zwar schnell und freundlich per WhatsApp gemeldet und wollte...
