Charming studio apartment with a terrace, just a short walk from the Two Towers and the main attractions of Bologna's historic center.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator.
The entrance opens into the kitchen, compact but well-equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, and kettle.
Beyond the kitchen is the living area furnished with a double bed, a table, and a cabinet on which the TV rests.
The space is very bright thanks to the two French doors that provide access to the small terrace.
A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. *The city center is a Limited Traffic Zone, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the numerous parking lots and enjoying the historic center on foot. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be asked to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
You will find all information regarding your booking within the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Bologna, known as "the Learned" for being home to the oldest university in the West, "the Fat" for its culinary excellence, and "the Red" for the color that characterizes its historic center, is a marvelous city of art, culture, and commerce.
Its soul lies in the medieval historic center, which is among the most extensive in Europe and rich in trattorias, shops, and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes.
In the historic center lies Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval palaces blends perfectly with modernity.
Not to be missed are Giambologna's Fountain of Neptune and the Medieval Towers, Asinelli and Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings.
It's impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its gastronomic products, including mortadella, tortellini, and Bolognese ragù, accompanied by the renowned DOC wines of the Bolognese Hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise you all year round. The central train station is 1 km away, while the airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes.

Wonderful area and close to great enotecas and restaurants. The professionalism of wonderful Italy is admirable - they responded within 45 minutes and even though we were 45 minutes late for the check in the contact person was waiting on the doorstep. Highly recommendable!
