La situation et la vue depuis le logement ainsi que les surfaces ( logement et terrasse)
Nous n’avons pas eu accès au local vélos + absence de stationnement dédié ça allait compte tenue de la période mais ça peut s’avérer compliqué pendant les vacances scolaires . Porte palière difficile à ouvrir frotte au sol + serrure

Un logement dans son jus, avec une décoration qui a réveillé des souvenirs d'enfance. Tout fonctionne correctement et sans surprise.
La plage est toute proche, la résidence a été ravalée récemment.
La terrasse est un plus !
Gros point noir : la literie ! Le matelas n'est vraiment pas confortable, il conviendrait de le changer. Nous n'avons pas testé le canapé-lit.
