Welcome to the beautiful vacation apartment Seeglück, which offers a magnificent view over Schluchsee with 1 living room, 1 dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies and its ideal location to the lake and village center.
In the middle of the Black Forest at an altitude of between 930 and 1300 meters lies the health resort Schluchsee.
The beautiful landscape at the lake of the same name attracts tourists from all over the world. As the largest lake in the Black Forest, it is also one of the cleanest bathing lakes in Germany and popular as a bathing and water sports center. The beautiful landscape invites to various hiking and biking tours, including the kilometer-long lake circuit.
In winter, everything disappears under a blanket of snow and the skiing season begins in idyllic winter scenery. The apartment Seeglück offers a wonderful panoramic view over the Schluchsee, which you can reach in just a few minutes on foot.
Directly on the lakeshore are restaurants, as well as a boat rental and walking possibilities. The village center of Schluchsee, with its numerous cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities, as well as the Schluchsee train station can also be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The light-flooded vacation apartment Seeglück has free parking and a covered bicycle stand directly in front of the house entrance.
It comprises about 105m² of living space, which is distributed over 4.5 rooms on the 1st floor and in the attic. The absolute highlight are the 3 balconies, 2 of them with large patio doors directly accessible from the living and dining area in southern exposure with a wide view of the lake.
Perfect for breakfast together, extended meals and relaxing sunny hours. The sociable dining area includes the open-plan eat-in kitchen in true Black Forest ambience with oven, four hotplates, refrigerator, kettle, De'Longhi Nespresso capsule machine and ample crockery and kitchen accessories.
The cooking/dining area flows into the bright and open living room, which invites you to linger comfortably on the spacious couch as well as the comfortable armchair. The first bedroom, which is located on the 1st floor, has a third balcony, as well as a double bed (lying surface 1.80 x 2.00 m), and a spacious wardrobe.
Through this bedroom you enter the wellness bathroom with whirlpool corner bath, shower, 2 sinks and toilet. Next door is the second bedroom, which has a double bed (lying surface 1.60 x 2.00 m), an open shelf system and a sliding door.
On the 1st floor there is also a separate bathroom with sink and toilet. In the attic, a spacious gallery forms the third bedroom with a double bed (lying surface 1.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, shelves, and a small desk in Black Forest design.
The bright room with generous skylights has an open design and offers a view down into the living room through an air space.
Adjacent is another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Next to the apartment door there is also a lockable closet niche where hiking & skiing equipment, sleds, etc. can be stored.
In addition, the apartment is equipped with a high-quality TV and has free Wi-Fi. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, where pets are not allowed.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Highlight ist der grosse Balkon. Wir haben die Aussicht sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.
Eine Waschmaschine wäre schön.
