🌃 LE QUARTIER DES MARAÎCHERS: A haven of peace nestling at the gateway to Colmar, the Maraîchers district is a great place to stroll away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This area is very popular with Colmarians, both for walking and for living. As its name suggests, this area was once dedicated to growing vegetables, although there are still a few where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Today, despite the proliferation of modern buildings, the area is still unspoilt, making it a great place to stroll, cycle or rollerblade! A pedestrian and cycle path runs alongside the Lauch, lined with trees and whistling birds, making it the ideal place to take a break along the river. You'll come across an imposing weeping willow whose branches dip gently into the water. On the other bank are tall reeds with moorhens nestling among them. All along the way, you'll find peace and quiet, barely disturbed by the rustle of ducks flying low and frogs croaking. From spring onwards, you'll be lucky enough to spot swans and their young. A lovely Sunday walk for the whole family to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

🚭This is non-smoking accommodation. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking device is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning costs.

🚭 A tolerance is required on the terrace, We thank you for using the ashtrays provided for you


⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🌞For your comfort, the terrace is equipped with an electric awning. Please fold it down before leaving the accommodation (during your stay and on departure).


🧹Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.


🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance, and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.


🕣 In the event of late arrival (after 8pm), as well as during your stay, we thank you for respecting each of your neighbours. Some of them live permanently in the building, so you will be asked to be discreet when coming and going on the stairs in the evening, at night and in the early hours of the morning. Not everyone has the same rhythm, so you need to think about the early risers as well as the late risers and those who have to go to work.
