Adjacent is the open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob, and oven. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a large wardrobe.
The modern bathroom includes a floor-level shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Special care was taken with the flooring to use healthy materials and maintain high hygiene standards. Particularly lovely is the private, secluded terrace (20 m²) which receives sun almost all day. An electric awning provides shade when needed.
Comfortable sun loungers, reclining chairs, and cushions are available for you in the adjacent storage room.
All windows are equipped with exterior roller shutters. The owner will contact you by phone or email before your arrival to arrange a personal welcome and key handover. The location is ideal: in just a few minutes, you can reach the fine sandy Südstrand, which is guarded by the DLRG (German Life Saving Association) in summer.
On the promenade, you will find ice cream parlors, restaurants, and souvenir shops.
A supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, and the bus stop are within walking distance – you can leave your car here.
Beautiful coastal paths lead to Rettin and Neustadt; you can explore the varied coastline by bike all the way to Travemünde. Day trips to Lübeck, activities such as canoeing in the Holstein Switzerland, the Hansa Park, water skiing in Süsel, or a cinema visit in Neustadt complete the offerings. Note on dogs: A deposit of 200 Euros is required when traveling with a dog.
