On the 1st floor (without elevator) this apartment with wifi (optical fiber) has a beautiful living room of 27 m², a fitted and equipped kitchen, a large bright bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and plenty of storage space.
The cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

Le Coeur d'Auray "Nice and well located property
The flat is right in the centre of Auray, which is fun. It has parking, which is essential for us.
Kitchen- living area is really good. Bedroom is OK. Worst feature is the bathroom- it needs renovating.
Would I stay at this property again- definitely. Just know the bathroom is in need of renovation."
