Un très bel emplacement calme, une vue magnifique sur les pistes mais l'appartement est vieillissant et gagnerait à être mis en valeur par des travaux complémentaires (réparation d'un des volets, cuisine, plaques de cuisson, vaisselle...).
Très bon séjour, appartement ayant un très bon potentiel, mais qui mériterait un coup de jeune.
