Ground floor: Open-plan kitchen/living room (4-burner ceramic hob, 12-place dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, oven).
Bedroom with a 160x200cm bed.

Shower room. - First floor: a children's bedroom with four 90x190cm beds and a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, sofa, and television (plus a cot).

Two toilets.
Electric heating and a wood-burning stove (for supplemental heating).

A mandatory cleaning fee of €70 is charged for business stays.
