Ideally located near the Saint-Laurent Golf Course for GOLF enthusiasts, 4 km from the town center of PLOEMEL and its shops, 8 km from Carnac and 23 km from Quiberon. 2-room house (approx. 45 m2, ground floor, + 1) for 4 people in a quiet, wooded environment. On the ground floor, it has 1 entrance, WC, 1 bathroom, cupboard, main room with kitchen area and dining area (kettle, traditional coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, multifunction microwave ) including a BZ of 120 The first floor offers 1 bed of 120 on the mezzanine, 1 bedroom with 2 trundle beds of 80 and baby bed, under the ramps. Baby equipment available.
