Located 1.8 km from the village and shops, and approximately 1.5 km from the ski slopes by car (accessible on skis via an unmarked off-piste route depending on snow conditions), the Praz-les-Pistes residence offers a green setting comprising three adjoining residences.
This two-room flat, located on the second floor of the residence without a lift, comprises an entrance hall with a double bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with a double bed under the eaves, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
In this quiet residence, you will have access to a private ski locker and a designated outdoor parking space.
The balcony offers a magnificent unobstructed view of the ski slopes and the village. The residence is located near the ski slopes and a few minutes' drive from the village. Une seule place de parking réservé par appartement, du coup pas de place si on vient à deux voitures.
Appartement à l'écart du centre, au calme, mais à 2 min des pistes en voiture.
Accès direct aux pistes (quand il y a de la neige).
