Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen and lounge area.
Bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm) with en-suite shower room and toilet.
Mezzanine level: two sleeping areas separated by a walkway (four single beds that can be joined to make two double beds 180 x 200 cm), shower room with toilet. Wellness and sports facilities: sauna, indoor swimming pool (6.5m x 4.5m) heated year-round with adjustable floor (depth up to 1.60m) and aquabike, table tennis, NordicTrack treadmill, and a golf simulator (SkyTrack) available for experienced players upon request.
Upstairs: STUDIO (double bed 180 x 200 cm) with kitchen, adjoining shower room and toilet (extra charge): €110 per night and €300 for a 2-night weekend.
Games room (double sofa bed, Bonzini foosball table, Eurobillard American pool table, board games). "La Galerie" is a superb estate dating back to 1867, dedicated to well-being and sports, certified by the Heritage Foundation, just steps from the town center of L'Aigle, served by the train station (Paris-Granville line). It features a magnificent enclosed parkland crossed by a river, with a 200m² pond teeming with fish for fishing enthusiasts (roach, trout, carp, etc.) and an ornamental pond (ducks, koi carp, donkeys, and a llama), both of which are not fenced.
The owner lives on-site and maintains a low profile. The cottage can be rented for 6 or 12 people (G804), but never to two different guests on the property. The price includes: bed linen, towels, cleaning, and heating. Amenities include: Wi-Fi, ground floor bedroom, sauna, on-site swimming pool, shared swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, enclosed grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor games, terrace, garden, washing machine, freezer, indoor swimming pool, television, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, detached house, baby-friendly, heating included, bed linen included, cleaning included, and towels included.
