Qualité du logement avec 3 salles de bains pour 4 chambres et grande cuisine très pratique.
Vue sur les montagnes depuis le balcon - voisins en contrebas.
Positionnement du logement dans la montée des Chavannes, très pratique tout en restant très calme
Relation avec l'agence ImmoSelect aux Gets qui était dépositaire des clés et arrangeante à tout points de vues.
Très bien sauf pour le sommeil .

La literie est de mauvaise qualité (vieux matelas), 1 lit de 160, les autres lits sont a priori en 140 !
De plus les 2 chambres du sous sols sont à proximités de la chaudière très bruyante. Dur de fermer l'œil quand elle est en fonctionnement.

Très beau chalet, bien équipé et super fonctionnel. À proximité de l’arrêt de la navette. La literie est très bonne excepté dans 1 chambre lit de 140 avec matelas très dur. 3 belles salles d’eau avec toilettes : un vrai plus.
