Located on the first floor of the residence, this 104m² holiday apartment comprises two bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with twin beds, a shower room and a bathroom.
Upstairs there is a large living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Above the living room is a mezzanine that serves as a relaxation/multimedia area.
In the basement there is a cellar and a washing machine area. This flat is close to all amenities, including the village centre, which is 270 metres away, and the ski slopes, which are 800 metres away.
The swimming lake, open in summer, is only 600 metres from this mountain rental. You will have access to a shared parking space and a private cellar.
It is also possible to rent the apartment with reference PSA000-001 in order to combine them and obtain a 7-room chalet. This flat is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included. Additional services subject to availability: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel pack, Wi-Fi box, baby kit, kitchen linen.
