CAMBO, C352: 2-bedroom apartment in a recent building, close to the town center with a park and swimming pool*. This ground-floor apartment features a living room opening onto a west-facing terrace, an open-plan fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, etc.), a lounge (with sofa bed and TV), a dining room, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Two parking spaces and access to the swimming pool are included.
Small pets are allowed.
Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. *The swimming pool is open in July and August only.
All decisions regarding the swimming pool are made by the building management.
Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public.
Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible. *The swimming pool is open in July and August only.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee upon request to the agency). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure.
This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed. Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning for a 2-bedroom apartment: €66. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Bed linen (single bed): €15. - Towels/person/week: €8. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Appartement propre et assez spacieux.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par l’agence.
L’appartement est bien situé dans la région proche de belles villes ,il y a une gare à 10min à pieds de l’appartement, qui dessert des ville comme Bayonne…
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
