Living room with open-plan kitchen - TV - sofa bed - 2 armchairs - fully equipped kitchen - Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) - Bathroom (washing machine) - Separate WC - Terrace - Wi-Fi - Pets allowed (2 maximum) - Smoking outside only - 2 above-ground parking spaces
No connection for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory carried out with the agency, with the security deposit returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit cancelled or returned upon receipt of the keys. *Swimming pool open in July and August only.
All decisions concerning the swimming pool are made by the condominium association.
Therefore, no refund will be given if the swimming pool is closed to the public.

L’appartement est bien situé dans la région proche de belles villes ,il y a une gare à 10min à pieds de l’appartement, qui dessert des ville comme Bayonne…
