Newly renovated T4 flat on second floor only a 5 minute walk away from Evian town centre.
The main room offers a lake view and lots of natural light, two sofas, a TV, dining area and a lovely open kitchen which is very well equipped : large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle.
The first bedroom has a lake view and a double bed, a small balcony and large storage space.
The second has two single beds and a big wardrobe. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink and a toilet.
There is also a separate toilet. Free wifi and parking in front of the building. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Baby kit : 30.0 € Per stay . HOME LINEN KITS : 25.0 € Per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, bien équipé et comfortable. Deux balcons, dont un avec vue parfaite sur le lac. Quelques pas et vous êtes déjà en ville et sur le bord du lac. Ville calme avec beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées, de baignade, d'activités sportives. Concerts gratuits l'éte au port. A 35 minutes de Lausanne en bateau.
