In a quiet residential area, we offer a beautiful 110-square-meter house with reversible air conditioning in Parentis-en-Born.
Perfect for a week or more with family or friends.
Ideally located, you can easily cycle (2 km) to the town center to shop at the market, enjoy a coffee on a terrace, or experience our lovely Landes evenings.
You can also explore our cycle paths and head to the lake for boating, paddleboarding, or have fun at the water park.
You are also 22 km from Biscarrosse beach and 32 km from Mimizan beach, where you can try surfing lessons.
The house comprises an entrance hall with storage leading to the living room.
This room includes a television (no Wi-Fi, but a set-top box can be rented) and a large table for enjoying meals.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and American-style refrigerator.
For added convenience, a pantry is located next to the kitchen.
Three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm, new in 2024), can accommodate up to 6 people.
For added privacy, one bedroom has its own shower room.
The others share a bathroom with a separate toilet for extra comfort.
Outside, a garden surrounds the house, and a large west-facing terrace provides the perfect spot to enjoy meals and soak up the sun.
For optimal comfort, sun loungers, outdoor tables, and a barbecue are also available.
Finally, a garage and a parking space are included.
A sunny holiday awaits! End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Das Ferienhaus bietet mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern serh viel Platz. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einer Klimaanlage, und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage mitten in einem Wohngebiet ist schön ruhig. Zum Eiinkaufen oder zum Bäcker läuft man 20 Minuten, zum Meer fährt man etwas über 30 Minuten.
