Adjoining the owners' residence, this spacious ground-floor apartment features a living area, a dining area with a table and chairs, a sofa (not a sofa bed), a TV, one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and storage, a shower room adjoining the kitchen, a separate toilet, a private garden accessible via the shared courtyard, Wi-Fi, no pets allowed, smoking outside only, a parking space in the shared courtyard, and a courtyard enclosed by an electric gate.
There is no charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles.
Do not plug anything into the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are not included (please request them when booking). Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies). A check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order.
If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be conducted.
The security deposit will be canceled or returned upon receipt of the keys. Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning (2-bedroom apartment): €66. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Towels/person/week: €8. Property managed by a professional.

la récuperation des clés compliqué car arrivée un jour férié ,aussi ,il aurait été plus simple de la récupérer chez le propriétaire voisin du logement et présent chez lui
De plus ce logement trés bien équipé ne parait pas adapté pour des vacanciers qui veulent cuisiner car la cuisine n'a pas d'écla...
