First floor with sloping ceilings: bedroom 1 (queen bed and single bed), bedroom 2 (double bed), shower room/WC.

Private 550 m² garden, terrace (garden furniture, barbecue).
Shared private area for the gîtes: lap pool (4x15m) open in July/August, terraces, fruit trees.
Hiking trails, cycle path, and river fishing nearby.
Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charges: Tourist tax, flat-rate electric heating: €10/day (payable on site).

Coming from the A83, exit n° 8 then as above.

A splendid rental house, impressive domain next to the river, silence, large swimming pool in a green environment, a rental in the green heart of the Vendée region close to 'le Marais de Poitevin' only about one hour drive to the coast but far away from 'the madding crowd'.
