On the ground floor of a residence with a swimming pool*. Main room with kitchen area (dishes and equipment for 4 people) and living area (sofa bed) – TV – Shower room with toilet – Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) – Terrace and small garden – Parking space – WIFI – Pets allowed
No connection for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in appliances in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (must be reserved at the time of booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory carried out with the agency, with the security deposit returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit cancelled or returned upon receipt of the keys. *Swimming pool open in July and August only.
All decisions regarding the opening or closing of the swimming pool are made solely by the condominium association.
Therefore, no refund will be given if the swimming pool is closed to the public.
