3 bedroom apartment + mezzanine, 60m², 6 people on the 1st floor (entrance to the residence) with lift.

Room 1: 2 single beds in 80x190 cm

The rental price includes: towels included, linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), end of stay cleaning (excludes kitchen, dishes and bathroom).
Tourist tax charged extra according to current rates.

ARCS 1800 - Residence : Le St Bernard. 4 rooms apartment, north-west facing, with a beautiful view on the "Mont Blanc". Composed of 60 apartments, the residence is located in a quiet environment and benefits from a breathtaking panorama.
At the edge of the ski trail, it provides a ski in ski out access. Residence service: - Non-Smoking Residence - Solarium swimming pool in the nearby Iseran residence. GSI cannot be held responsible for the quality of the mobile network or wifi.
Being in a mountain area, network coverage may malfunction, have low to very low bandwidth, or even be non-existent.

The apartment is lovely and everything was great, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Les Arcs, every aspect was really great. The only thing I would say is to get a key box. Having to walk to the centre of the resort to pick up keys and drop off just makes no sense in this day and age.

Appartement bien équipé et très bien situé pour le ski et les courses.
Dommage qu'il n'était pas très propre à notre entrée dans les lieux et qu'il y ait eu certains dysfonctionnements un peu pénibles (hotte de la cuisine, éclairages défectueux ...), non réparés pendant notre séjour bien que signalé...
