This traditional semi-detached house recently renovated into a gîte is located in a quiet village in the heart of the Vignoble Nantais, 5 km from Clisson.
Enclosed land of 200 m² with terrace (south facing). Pétanque ground and lake 10 m from the gîte. Private parking on the property. Ground floor: living room (access by a step - convertible 140x190), large separate kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (bed 160x200) with adjoining shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with private shower room (1: 2 twin beds 90x190, 2: bed 140x190). Additional equipment: tumble dryer, cot/high chair. Included: electric heating and electricity. Not included: sheets, towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning package for professional customers (€140 - sheets included). Cleaning deposit required (€100). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Napkins : 5.39 € per person per stay . Sheet for small bed : 8.62 € per stay . Sheets : 12.93 € per stay . Maison très agréable, superbe déco, tout était parfaitement propre.
Accueil chaleureux, on s’est senti tout de suite bien.
À peine un détail : un seul toilette pour six personnes, un deuxième aurait été pratique

Logement parfaitement rénové, très agréable et confortable, tout équipé. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle d'eau. Grande pièce à vivre et extérieur clos. Stationnement facile. Accueil très sympathique également.
Franchement un excellent rapport qualité prix.
