With unobstructed views of the Tronçais Forest, this restored former barn is located near the owner's farmhouse (sheep and poultry).
Ground floor: living room, kitchenette, decorative fireplace and wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, cot), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), shower room (shower/WC).
This gîte, situated north of Le Brethon, boasts a pleasant enclosed garden of 800m² and a covered terrace with garden furniture.
Eggs can be collected from the henhouse. A charcoal barbecue and a swing set are available for your use. Access to a private pond is 500m away.

Vraiment très bien. La maison es top. L'air de jeux pour les enfants es très bien aussi. Les enfants peuvent jouer dehors tout en aillant un yeux sur eux même de l'intérieur.
