This studio of 31m², suitable for 4/5 guests includes an alcove bedroom area with a sliding door, an open kitchen to a living room with a televisionand a south facing balcony with a view of Val d'Isère and the mountains.
It is located on the third floor with lift in the residence Le Villaret (Entrance E). La Daille area, ski-in/ski-out. - Living room : 1 convertible sofa bed, dining area - Bedroom area : 1 set of bunkbed (80*190) and a single bed (90*190) - Kitchen : ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee machine - Bathroom: bathtub, sink - Indenpendent toilet - Washing machine - Ski Locker situated -1 - South facing balcony Included in the price : - Bedlinen (self set up required) - Towels - End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen)* *The apartment must be left in the reasonable condition.
In the case of excess mess an additional cleaning fee may apply. Tourist tax is charged by municipality of Val d'Isère and depends on the number of adults (+18 years old) Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. For your information, this flat does not come with a parking space.
