Enclosed 200 m² garden with terrace. Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm) with en-suite shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), landing/relaxation area (1 single bed 90x190 cm), shower room/WC. Included amenities: internet access, TV with foreign channels, cot. Not included: electric heating, bed linen, towels, electricity, and tourist tax. Cleaning deposit (€75). Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€75). Pets: €5/day (deposit €100). La Baule and Le Croisic are 9 km away. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Animal supplement : 5.0 € per day . Very nice house, very well located - 10mn by car from La Baule, La Turballe or Guerande.
Great and easy communication with the owner. Property very clean.
The only thing missing was internet.
Erholsamer Aufenthalt in schöner Unterkunft.

Die Telefonnummer des Vermieters wurde so kurzfristig per Mail geschickt, dass sie uns nicht mehr rechtzeitig erreichte. Nur mit Hilfe von booking konnte vor Ort der Vermieter kontaktiert werden.
Ein gut ausgestattetes Haus und ein freundlicher Vermieter.
Difficile de trouver mieux.
