IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a recently built, air-conditioned villa located in the southern Ardèche region, in the town of Ruoms, just a 5-minute walk from Ruoms town center and less than 14 minutes by car from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.
We invite you to discover this villa with its excellent amenities, accommodating up to eight people.
You can enjoy a swim spa (5 x 2.5 meters), a terrace with unobstructed views, and a fully enclosed garden of approximately 1500 m².
The house comprises, on the ground floor, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a master suite (queen-size bed) with a shower room and toilet, and a second suite (queen-size bed) with a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find two suites: one with two single beds (90cm) opening onto a balcony and its own shower room, and a second suite (two single beds, 90cm) with balcony access, its own shower room, and a separate toilet.
TV, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a griddle are included.
Be charmed by all the amenities of this villa and its proximity to the tourist attractions of the Southern Ardèche.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are not included but are available as optional extras.
Pets are welcome.

Die Anfahrt zum Haus verlief reibungslos. Nach dem betreten des Hauses stellten wir fest, dass die gesamte Einheit schon längere Zeit nicht mehr genutzt wurde und der Reinigungszustand miserabel war. Wir selber haben den Boden gesäubert, die Dusche und das Bad teilweise vom Schmutz und von Haaren b...
