Independent cottage, equipped with quality amenities, in a 2-hectare wooded park.
Unfenced 1500m² fishing pond (carp fishing possible, catch and release). Entrance via a paved courtyard with 3 cottages sharing common outdoor spaces. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, pod coffee machine). Shower room with corner shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Living room with decorative fireplace, sofas, and 80cm TV. Upstairs access via a narrow staircase (2 steps) to a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Second bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm). A third bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) (a king-size bed (180x200cm) is not possible). Three parking spaces are available in a private area 40m from the cottages (not directly attached to them), and free parking is also available in the alleyway. A shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer) is available.
Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is provided.
A secure bicycle storage area is also available.

Perfect for a large group / family with small kids. Nicely renovated cottages, with a large garden. Great location, beautiful villages and close by Paris and Versailles but many sightseeing possibilities in surrounding area to avoid large crowds.
