La ventilation de la pièce principale n'est pas ideale, l'air de la hotte étant renvoye dans la pièce, il faut ouvrir la fenetre quand on cuisine. De même, odeur desageable dans les parties communes. Prévoir un couteau à pain et une essoreuse à salade.
L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. Venus...
