Beachfront apartment... 7 km from Guérande and 15 km from La Baule, the L'Ecume de Mer apartment is located on the first floor of a large house, facing the sea (Plage des Bretons). Private parking is available in the courtyard (not fenced). A 3 m² south-facing balcony offers direct sea views.
First level: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, one bedroom (queen-size bed) with en-suite shower room and separate WC.
Second level: one attic bedroom (double bed) and shower room/WC.
Included amenities: tumble dryer, stereo system, cot and high chair.
Not included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen, towels, and tourist tax.
