Renovated traditional house in Barbâtre, located in a complex near four other gîtes, 500 meters from Boucholeurs beach.
Ground floor (accessed by one step): living/dining room/kitchen, one bedroom (with a queen-size bed that can be separated into two single beds, and two single beds, shower room and separate WC), two bedrooms accessible from the terrace (each with a queen-size bed, shower room/WC).
Wi-Fi.
Enclosed 70 m² garden with wooden terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers).
A private shed is available for storing bicycles.
You will have a private parking space near the house.
Access to the beach via the forest, 500 meters away.
Fishing and bicycle rentals are available in Barbâtre, as well as a sailing club.
Departures for Île d'Yeu are 3 km away, and a swimming pool is 8 km away.
Bus service: connection to La Roche-sur-Yon 500 m away.
Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €100/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €15/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay. Additional charges: Tourist tax.

Arriving on the Ile de Noirmoutier, you cross the bridge, 1st roundabout continue straight, 2nd roundabout take the 3rd exit to enter Barbâtre, at the roundabout continue straight, at the stop sign turn right, you are in the rue de l'Estacade, the gîte is 50m on the left after the Salle des Noures and before the road which leads to the Plage des Boucholeurs.
