Holiday cottage located in the village, in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, 25 km from La Baule and Guérande (near the owners' house). Enclosed 170 m² garden with a south-facing terrace.
Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen and shower room/WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with one 160x200 cm bed and one 90x190 cm bed), bathroom, and separate WC.
Amenities included: freezer, stereo system, Wi-Fi access, cot/high chair upon request, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).
All-inclusive: gas heating, bed linen (beds made), towels/household linen, electricity, firewood.
Optional cleaning fee (€70). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 75.43 € per stay Property managed by a professional.

Idéalement placé, nous avons été très bien reçu par un hôte agréable, prévenant et attentionné. La maison est très bien agencée avec 2 très grandes chambres. La pièce de vie est agréable et chaleureuse. La cheminée est un plus dans le confort. L'équipement est largement suffisant et de qualité. Bref, un gîte comme on les aime !
