Gîte in a renovated farmhouse outside the village.
From the gîte, located next to a water tower, you'll enjoy views of the rolling hills of the Bayonnais region.
You're in the Pays de la Mirabelle region, 18 km from Haroué Castle and at the gateway to the Vosges mountains.
Peace and quiet are guaranteed.
Ground floor: living room, laundry room, separate toilet, and equipped kitchen with access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs: living room, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), shower room. Wi-Fi internet access. Wood central heating included, electricity at an additional cost (charged based on meter reading). Pellet stove installed in 2023. Garage. Bed linen rental.
Bathroom and household linen are required. For business trips, a cleaning fee of €70 is charged, as is bed linen rental at €10 per pair.
Baby equipment: crib, sheets, high chair, changing table, double stroller, bathtub, infant car seat, dishes, toilet seat reducer, bouncer, baby carrier, safety gates, bicycles, toys, books, rocking horse, and various outdoor and indoor games. Private grounds (150 m²) + large shared grounds at the end of a private road. Non-smoking cottage. Pets are allowed on the ground floor only. Wood-fired central heating included.
Electricity billed based on meter reading, €0.20/kWh. As the bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs, the cottage is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Le gîte est dans un petit village et offre une très belle vue sur la campagne environnante. Bien équipé, effet cocon, il offre un confort dans toutes les pièces. L'hôtesse est accueillante et nous a donné des informations intéressantes sur les produits du terroir. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je le recommande vivement.

L'accueil, la qualité du gîte, de son équipement complet et généreux. Le site en hauteur est superbe pour observer le paysage, le ciel, le troupeau de vache. Un vrai régal.
