It includes a beautiful terrace equipped with a table and garden chairs overlooking the residence's parking lot, facing north and on the edge of the Usclade park. The accommodation is located 100 meters from the city center and 50 meters from the thermal baths. A fitted kitchen equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine .... open to the main room which includes a table, chairs, a flat screen TV and a 160 bed.
