This 90m² cottage, contemporary in style and adjoining the owners' house, is all on one level. It consists of two bedrooms - one queen-size bed and one 140x190 bed (beds made upon arrival).

Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) - Living room - Dining room - Bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet, iron, and hairdryer. Accessible for people with reduced mobility - Sliding glass doors with maximum natural light. At the front of the cottage, private parking is available. At the rear, you'll enjoy a beautiful outdoor space: a private terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill, private grounds, and a heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) shared with the owners, open from May to the end of September.

A trampoline, swing, and pétanque court are also available.

Ping-pong table are also available in the shared garden. Heating and linens are included.
