You will find some local shops there (Bakery Pharmacy Grocery store) and a large shopping center 3km away. Shared swimming pool (8x4) heated and open from May to the end of September. This 90m² gîte, contemporary in style and adjoining the owners' house, is on one level.
It consists of 2 bedrooms - 1 160x200 bed and 1 140x190 bed (beds made on arrival). Fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) - Living room - Dining room - Shower room (Italian shower) with WC.

At the front of the cottage, private parking to park your vehicle. At the back, you will enjoy a beautiful outdoor space: private terrace with garden furniture and plancha, as well as land shared with the owners with shared swimming pool (L. 8mx l. 4m x d. 1.4m) heated and open from May to the end of September. Trampoline, swing, pétanque court and chicken coop are also available in the shared garden.
