Adjoining cottage, located in a peaceful rural setting, less than 5 km from the village of St Philbert de Grand Lieu, 28 km from Nantes and 40 km from the beaches.
Northeast-facing terrace and private enclosed garden of 400 m².
Available for use: Molkky set, children's boules, 6 bicycles (4 adult + 2 children's).
Large attached garage.
Ground floor: spacious and bright living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed with TV, 2: 2 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room/WC (accessible for people with reduced mobility).
Included amenities: Senseo pod coffee machine, Wi-Fi, tumble dryer, CD and DVD player, baby equipment (cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat) on request.
Included: electricity (except for electric vehicle charging), underfloor heating, and bed linen (beds made).
Not included: towels.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€80).
Short stays available upon request.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before arrival: - Towels: €7.54 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Hôtes réactifs et sympathiques. le gîte est très moderne, très propre avec tout ce qui est utile, lave linge, lave vaisselle, sèche linge. belle salle de douche et jardin très agréable. très bien situé entre Nantes et la côte. parfait !
