Studio Cabin, rue Antigua, on the 1st floor, located in Coudalère.
Equipped to accommodate 4 people, this studio cabin includes a living area, a sofa bed, a functional and well-equipped kitchen, and a sleeping alcove with a 140 cm bed; the alcove is enclosed by a curtain and has a window.
Bathroom, separate toilet with a window, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the wooded park and salt lake. A large parking lot is available for tenants behind the residence (unnumbered spaces). As part of your rental, you will have access to: *an aquatic area with two pools: a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and finally, a water play area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October and is free for all our guests upon presentation of a wristband that you will receive upon arrival. *Various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field. *And for fitness or more physical exercise, an outdoor fitness area. In addition to the security deposit, you will be required to pay a €40 cleaning deposit upon arrival. In July and August, these deposits can be accepted by credit card imprint, and out of season, by check or cash. Electricity consumption payable from October 1st to April 30th: €0.20/kWh PETS NOT ALLOWED OPTIONAL Services Bed linen rental: €15/bed/stay Towel rental, set of 2 towels: €12/person/stay High chair rental: €20/stay Baby crib rental: €20/stay Housekeeping: €50 A €50 cleaning deposit is required in addition to the main deposit. Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - High chair rental: €20 - Travel cot rental: €20 - Towel rental: €12 - Bed linen rental: €15 - Housekeeping for 1-bedroom apartments / Studio cabin / Studio mezzanine: €50 Property managed by a professional.

super séjour dans l'ensemble, la région est top et le site de La coudière est idéal pour famille.

nous avons adoré l'emplacement, et le site de La coudière avec l'accès à la piscine et les animations du soir. Nous avons également été trèsbien accueilli.
le logement était pas très bien agencé et pau de place pour 4. Et l'été fut chaud sans la climatisation.
