Located on the second floor, this 24m² holiday studio comprises a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a bunk bed for two, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Not far from the residence is a shuttle bus stop.
The shuttle buses are free in winter and will take you to the foot of the slopes and the centre of the village of Praz-Sur-Arly. The flat is located about 700 metres from the village, 1.4 km from the ski slopes and 1.6 km from the swimming lake, which is open in summer.
You will have access to a ski locker and shared outdoor parking. This apartment is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included. Additional services subject to availability: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel pack, Wi-Fi box, baby kit, kitchen linen. Please note that a deposit will be required upon arrival. Appart en été parfait pour 2 personnes et très bien équipé. Pas trop loin du centre. Cadre agréable donnant sur la verdure en juillet 2023. Route pas trop fréquentée. Aucun problème de parking. Communs très bien entretenus. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
