Holiday cottage near the Vannes Gate of the Medieval City.
In a very quiet residential area, this semi-detached house is ideally located 800 meters from the medieval city of Guérande, shops, restaurants, and entertainment, 7 km from the beaches, and 9 km from La Baule, Le Croisic, and the salt marshes.
It features an enclosed garden with a 65 m² terrace (south/east facing). Ground floor: living/dining room (wood-burning stove) with open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room, and separate WC. First floor: 3 bedrooms (1-2: double bed 140x190 cm, 3: two single beds 90x190 cm) and a shower room/WC. Amenities included: fiber optic internet, home cinema system, soundbar, DVD/CD player, cot/high chair, fans in the bedrooms, and an air cooler on the ground floor. Included: heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€80). 2 private parking spaces in front of the cottage. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 86.21 € per stay Property managed by a professional.

Nice layout. Comfortable furniture. Good sized bedrooms. Very secure with automatic shutters at all doors and windows. Pleasant, private garden
The only minor criticism is that the kitchen hob required matches rather than automatic ignition
