Semi-enclosed garden of 1500 m². Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen, separate toilet, laundry room (the fireplace does not work). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190 + child's bed, 2: 1 bed 140x190, 3: 1 bed 90x190), bathroom and separate toilet. Additional equipment: complete baby equipment, Wifi. Included: electric heating and towels. Not included: sheets and tourist tax. Animals: deposit 100 €. Property managed by a professional.

Le gîte est très bien placé pour des personnes qui veulent marcher en bord de mer , plages , marais salants , monuments à visiter , sentiers de randonnées , marais de la Brière ( ballades en barque avec guide ) .
La maison est très calme ,pas de bruit du voisinage .Merci aux voisins .
