A former salt worker's house, fully renovated in 2021 (adjoining the owners' house), located in the charming village of Saillé, in the heart of the salt marshes, 3 km from the ramparts of Guérande, La Baule, and Le Pouliguen.
Terrace and enclosed garden of 70 m² facing southwest.
Private parking on the property, with additional parking available in front of the cottage. Ground floor: beautiful fitted kitchen opening onto a cozy living/dining room, 1 bedroom (queen-size bed), shower room (walk-in shower), and separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower room/WC (1: double bed, 2: two single beds that can be joined together). Amenities included: Wi-Fi, pod coffee machine, cot/high chair.
Optional equipment: Electric vehicle charging station (charges apply: €0.25/kWh). Included: Electricity, electric heating, bed linens, and towels. Not included: Tourist tax and cleaning service. Pets allowed (maximum 2 - €100 deposit per pet). See our guestbook: [hidden] Ground floor accessible.

Belle petite maison bretonne, très bien équipée et très propre. Prestations à hauteur du prix (un peu haut), 3 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain c'est top. Accueil sympathique et propriétaire très réactive. Je recommande ce gîte sans problème.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. L'agencement du logement est idéal pour les famille. Celui-ci est idéalement situé afin de rayonner pour découvrir la région. Je recommanderais ce logement sans hésiter.
Séjour fort sympathique dans un endroit très agréable, je recommande sans hésiter.

L'accueil de notre hôte, la situation de la maison. les 3 chambres avec pour chacune d'elle, sa salle d'eau et ses WC, La cuisine et les équipements (très complets), le jardin.
