Located at the entrance to a peaceful hamlet, just 10 minutes from the beaches via the scenic Banyuls Pass road, this detached two-room house welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Baillaury Valley.
Nestled on a spacious, tree-shaded terrace, it offers unobstructed views of the surrounding vineyards and direct access to hiking trails.
Access is via a staircase of approximately thirty steps, with a private parking space at the foot of the stairs. The house comprises: A bright living room with a sofa bed (permanent sleeping space), opening onto the terrace. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (capsule coffee machine), also opening onto the terrace and its barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. A shower room with a walk-in shower. A separate WC. For your comfort, a cot can be provided upon request.
Cyclists will also appreciate the possibility of storing their bicycles safely in a secure, enclosed garage. 💰 Rates and Conditions 🧽 Cleaning Fee: €110 upon advance request 💳 Security Deposit: €500 (not cashed, returned after your stay) ✨ Please note: We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests. If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €220 may be deducted from your security deposit.

Etre à l'écart de la ville, entendre les oiseaux. Maison confortable.
L'horaire d'arrivée est un peu tard (15h),l'horaire de départ trop tôt (10h) surtout quand on vient pour 2nuits.

L'appartement est bien agencé, bien équipé, bien décoré, chaleureux et très clair. La terrasse est sympa même si la tramontane m'a empêché d'en profiter pleinement et la vue est superbe. Le mas Atxer est un peu isolé et il n'y a pas de réseau téléphonique, mais pour moi c'était un énorme avantage. Le calme, la tranquillité, le silence... De vraies vacances.
